With this job, our customer called for a quote on a colour change. Of course we said 'not a problem!'

On inspection found the roof had a lot of rusty screws and nails, seal rings had perished so I explained to the customer that the roof needed to have a full rescrew to bring roof back to sealed and sound condition.

 Here we needed to change the color of a roof to match a new colour scheme

We provided a quote to replace rusty corrugated iron and rescrew the entire roof.

This job included:
  • We sealed all lead sections
  • replaced all perished breather pipe rubbers
  • sealed all ridge cap flashings
  • replaced all loose rivets.

We also water blasted the entire roof, cleaned out all gutters and down pipes, applied one coat of metal primer, which gives it a excellent edging compound.

We completed the final look by applying two coats of Nutech. The Tileflex 2000 colour was Sienna
